Question: Where does the Cyber Car Store get our cars?

Answer: The Cyber Car Store acquires its vehicles from a variety of sources. Over 50 years, we have built relationships with Florida dealers to acquire fresh trade-ins wholesale. They are usually one or two owner vehicles that have been serviced at that particular dealer since new. Other sources include cars and trucks we purchase directly from private owners, as well as liquidated fleets from local and national companies which have employees that have company cars. We also have a network of auctions and estate liquidators that we have instant online access to such as Manheim, Adessa, Christies, Mecum, Rr&M, which often post pre-sale lists of upcoming inventory of classics, exotic and collectible vehicles.

Question: We don't know each other, how do I know you have represented the car honestly?

Answer: This is our most frequently asked question. We wish to assure you that your 100% satisfaction is our absolute goal. We encourage independent on-site pre or post inspections of the car you are interested in. There are many of these services that you will find by simply googling the keywords "auto inspection services", and then simply provide them with our address and hours and let us know when they are coming. If anything we have represented about the vehicle proves to be in doubt, we will give you the choice of a refund or a repair at your request!! We always strive to give honest descriptions of everything we sell and stand behind what we say 100%!!

Question: How do I handle the registration and titling of the car if I am in a different state or country?

Answer: We are a direct agent of the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. We collect Sales Tax, prepare and execute motor vehicle documents, and issue temporary and permanent license plates right here on premises. We are also a Notary Public in the State of Florida. We have a Florida motor vehicle license that allows us to sell wholesale and retail vehicles in all 50 states, as well as any free country in the world. We can assist you with questions regarding your local, state, and ad valorum taxes where you live, and even assist with export documentation to help you internationally. We have over 50 years experience in this area and you will find us a useful resource that can answer any question whenever it may arise.

Question: Once I buy a car from you, how does it get to me?

Answer: There are a few ways to handle this. Local customers are always welcome to visit and pick up their vehicles at our facility, located 2 blocks from Raymond James stadium in Tampa Florida, home of the Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Many of our out of area customers like to combine their purchase with a trip to our fabulous beaches or theme park attractions (Busch Gardens, Disney, SeaWorld, are all less than an hour drive). If you so desire, at your request, we can pick you up at either of our local airports, Tampa, (Tia) or St. Pete/Clearwater, (spc), both international airports which are less than ten minutes from our main facility. If you wish, we will gladly pick you up at either one and bring you to your new car to start your fly in, drive home adventure. The third way is for us to assist you with shipping the vehicle directly to your home or business. Because we ship thousands of cars and SUV's each year, we maintain wholesale accounts with only reputable and fully bonded and insured carriers that specialize in the pickup and delivery of highline and exotic vehicles, just call and we will put you in touch with one of them or get you a quote.

Question: What about paperwork, and the payment, financing and warranty aspects?

Answer: We will prepare and process all documents pertaining to the sale of the vehicle. If you are local, we do it all at the time of delivery right here in our facility. If you are out of town, we will fed-ex or overnight USPS all documents directly to your home of office, and we will include a pre-addressed pre-paid return envelope for return of the package to us, making it possible to have it all done in just a matter of a day or two. As far as payment, we accept bank or certified checks, cash, wire transfer or drafts from your finance source only if drawn on local Florida banks. For out of state and country customers, traditionally wire transfers work best, they are easily documented and very secure for both parties. With regard to warranties, we will usually be selling vehicles that have the balance of their factory warranties in effect, however, if the vehicle has no remaining warranty from the factory, we have dedicated an entire tab on the home page to "warranty". Question: I have a car to trade, how does that work if I am not local, and do I get tax credit?

Answer: We accept and welcome trade-ins, all we ask is for an accurate description of the current state of the vehicle and any information you may have regarding its history such as maintenance, current mileage, how many owners, and whether or not it has any history of accidents, damage or flood occurrence. We will quickly provide you with our trade value, and depending on which state you choose to title in, we can supply you with the rules regarding the way a trade in is treated on a motor vehicle sale in your local area. The reason for this is simple. Some states allow tax credit for trade-ins and some do not. Some states do not even charge sales tax on motor vehicle sales at all. Whatever the laws are in your registration state, those are the ones to which we adhere. If you have a question regarding your individual circumstance, please call us and we will give you a quick, concise answer in minutes! It is your responsibility to make sure the car you want to trade has no liens or attachments, and we reserve the right to verify the veracity of your description that you have provided. If there is a substantial difference of opinion as to condition, mileage accuracy, accident or repair history, or frame or flood damage, we will re-evaluate our appraisal once we physically inspect your car. If there is a payoff or balance owed on your trade into a bank, credit union, or even a private individual it is your responsibility to make us aware of that at the time we are preparing your sales documents. Reason being is that any payoffs due must be taken into account and shown clearly on all documents pertaining to the sale prior to being signed and executed, never after the fact.

Question: Is the price we agree on the actual price, or are there additional "dealer fees" or administration fees" added on later?

Answer: This is our favorite FAQ. Because we respect the intelligence and good nature of our valued clients, and because we closely monitor and control our overhead, we have never seen reason to insult anyone with hidden fees or charges. The costs for servicing, reconditioning, cleaning and detailing, and the preparation of all documents pertaining to the sale are always absorbed 100% by the Cyber Car Store. Aside from the shipping cost to you (if any), which are always the responsibility of the buyer, the only additional fees you can expect to incur are those that are a result of federal ,state, or local taxes imposed by your home state, and any registration, license or title fees that are administered by your local department of motor vehicles, that's it!!! We feel that charging additional fees is surreptitious by nature, and they almost always represent nothing but additional profit for those that choose to do business in this manner. Answer: We are located in sunny Tampa, Florida in a 10,000 square foot brick and mortar indoor facility housed at 3805 West Osborne St., 2 blocks north of Raymond James Stadium, home of the Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. All cars displayed on our website and ebay are stored in our climate controlled facility.

Question: I live out of state, how do I make sure the car arrives to me safely and without damage?

Answer: We have been shipping cars around the USA and the world for many years, and the experienced teams of freight forwarders we would recommend have all been through vigorous training in how to load and unload auto carriers with exotic and highline vehicles. We assure you that great care is taken throughout the entire process and a condition report is filled out when the car is loaded onto the carrier documenting the physical condition including chips, scratches, or any other cosmetic damage. This is compared to the manifest when the car reaches its destination (you), and any discrepancies are the responsibility of the carriers insurance policy. All of the carriers carry a minimum 1 million dollar liability policy that protects the consumer from incidental damage incurred during transport. The car will arrive to you in an agreed upon time frame with all its contents intact, in the condition that was promised.

Our small, highly trained and efficient staff has almost 50 years combined experience working in highline new car franchise stores. We have held positions such as General Manager, Preowned Manager, CEO, CFO and Service Manager with brands like Mercedes Benz, Porsche, BMW, Lexus and Infiniti.
